All sites are built using a CMS (Content Management System) as the framework. If you choose not to include Gettel Tech support on your website, you will still be able to update the content on the website. One of your client users will be set up as an Admin role, which will allow them to manage the website, change copy and update layouts. The yearly support option gives you the ability to send all changes and updates to Gettel Tech to implement. Any remaining support budget at the end of the year can be used for new feature development or it will roll over to the next year (as long as you continue the support package).
